I believe that a caring and genuine therapeutic relationship can help people to live a more meaningful, joyful, and productive life. Therapy offers a non-judgmental space in which to explore ways of navigating life’s stresses and challenges, find freedom from depression and anxiety, and connect more deeply with oneself. My approach is person-centered, gentle, direct, and practical, with an emphasis on finding hope and meaning even in the midst of suffering. I strive to create a safe space in which clients can address any difficulties they are experiencing and connect to their inner strength.
I can help you if you are struggling with relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, faith and spirituality issues, grief and loss, meaning and identity issues, career issues, women-specific issues, and psychological aspects of health challenges. I have a special interest in working with individuals, couples and families experiencing faith transitions.
I work with couples and individuals using a variety of modalities. You can click the website link to watch some short videos of me that share more about who I am and my approach to therapy. I welcome people from all backgrounds and I would love to hear from you. I am accepting new clients and respond to client inquiries within one business day.
