I am a passionate therapist who enjoys helping children, teenagers, and adults cope with life stressors through the use of human connection.

Have you noticed a change in your teenager’s moods, behaviors, or attitude? Does your teen engage in self-harm behaviors or express thoughts of wanting to end their life? Are you struggling to connect with your child as they grow older and more independent? Being a teenager comes with challenges that we all have faced and it can be difficult to figure out how to navigate the transitions of schooling, body changes, peer relationships and family dynamics. My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients and their families to create long lasting, positive change and enhanced relationships.
As a strength based therapist, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client who comes to my door. Through the use of empathy, compassion, and validation, I work with my clients using techniques from CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and parenting classes to help decrease mental health symptoms.
One of the most important things I have learned as a therapist is that my clients teach me as much as I teach them. I value working together on your journey towards healing, and this includes honoring both a child and parent’s perspectives during sessions. I strive to create a safe space for all to express their emotions and make changes.
