About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana, South Carolina, and Virginia. I specialize in the treatment of OCD, eating disorders, and anxiety. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual’s needs, drawing on proven therapies to help clients reduce symptoms and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.
Do you ever feel stuck in a cycle—whether it’s anxious thoughts that won’t quiet down, rituals you can’t seem to break, or a constant struggle with food and body image? Living this way can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it on your own.
I specialize in helping folks navigate OCD, anxiety, and eating disorders. I’m passionate about helping my clients build a meaningful life, develop practical tools, and understand how their brain shapes their experiences.
My style is collaborative and holistic. I use evidence-based treatments like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also weaving in mind–body approaches that take your whole self into account, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we’ll create a plan that not only helps reduce symptoms but also builds resilience and lasting change.
I believe therapy should be both practical and empowering—you’ll leave with tools, insights, and the confidence to face what’s been holding you back. Most importantly, you won’t have to walk this road alone. I’m here to support you as you move toward freedom and the life you truly want to live.
