I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of helping children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. Dealing primarily with anxiety, depression, family systems, and child/parenting issues, I would love to come along side you on your counseling journey.

With 10 years of experience, I work with clients with a variety of mental health needs. I work with children as young as 2 in play-based therapy, addressing anxiety, behavioral issues, parenting needs and familial transitions. I also work with couples exploring pre-marital counseling, marriage counseling, separation/divorce or co-parenting. I work with teens struggling with anxiety or depression as they navigate the realms of social media and pressures of GenZ. I also see many adult clients 1:1 who just need extra support in this season of life: whether from work stressors or family conflict or just wanting better mental wellness.
