I specialize in complex trauma therapy for women, children, and teens who have difficult life stories; who feel lost and burdened. I have a wholehearted passion for those who have lived complexly traumatic life stories. Many people I counsel include physical abuse, emotional abuse, psychological abuse, spiritual abuse, and sexual abuse. I have developed over the years a Christian worldview philosophy.

I am a Ph.D. student studying Trauma Psychology focusing on narcissistic and psychopathic abuse. I have two Master of Arts in Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy. I am only board-licensed in professional counseling. The MFT knowledge allows me to view the complexity of my client's life stories from a holistic perspective approaching their healing from the deepest roots.

The greatest gift you can give to yourself is the gift of counseling. Life is challenging to navigate for all of us; at some point, each of us needs help with life. I am honored to counsel women and teens in many areas, especially those with a complex life story holding them back from living life to their fullest potential. Together we journey through depression, anxiety, trauma, spirituality, identity, grief & loss, life transitions, complicated family dynamics, anger, forgiveness, shame, guilt, and much more. I have learned that pain is deep, but healing goes deeper.
