About me
As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of concerns. I work with a diverse population of people, with a focus on resolving complex trauma, coping with daily stressors, and navigating the ins and outs of overwhelming emotions. I specialize in working with adults, teens, and families. My counseling approach uses a relational approach as well as evidence-based practices such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT-informed (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) treatments.
The most prominent theme I have seen throughout my experience as a mental health professional is the undeniable strength within each of us and the profound capability to heal. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable space to work through the issues you are facing, please feel free to reach out.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the total expected cost of any non-emergency medical/mental health care treatment. Under the law, health care providers must give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
