About me
I am passionate about helping people overcome daily difficulties that are holding them back from living their best life. I am qualified to handle many concerns such as relationship struggles, trauma, life transitions, grief, loss of a child, anxiety, self-esteem issues, etc.
I strive to build a collaborative relationship built on respect and trust, meeting each client exactly where they are by using client-centered and solution-focused approaches. I work to foster a safe and supportive environment where client and counselor can effectively work together to resolve problems. My primary goal as a counselor is to help you facilitate positive changes by identifying sources of distress, uncovering your own personal strengths, and empowering you to ultimately reach your life goals one day at a time. I use EMDR, Attachment-based, Person-centered & Trauma-informed approaches to enable you to reach your goals. Finding the right therapist for you is so important. My life experience as a wife, mother, daughter, and business leader has prepared me with a broad skillset to better provide solid counseling services.
