I am a Licensed Social Worker who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life changes, develop healthy skills, and feel empowered to achieve their personal goals. I work with clients to identify patterns, behaviors, and thoughts that are negatively impacting their lives through a person-centered and strengths-based approach.

As a provider, I recognize that engaging in therapy can sometimes feel intimidating. My goal is to meets the needs of each individual served in a safe, comfortable, and approachable way that gives space for healing and personal growth. I will work in collaboration with you to identify areas for exploration in therapy and create goals for treatment, while highlighting your strengths along the way.

My style of therapy is one of an eclectic approach that allows me to utilize appropriate interventions based on the needs of each person. I have worked with adolescents and adults in residential/crisis treatment centers, colleges, community mental health, and substance use treatment centers. I have experience with clients diagnosed with severe mental illness, substance abuse, trauma, intellectual disabilities, anxiety, and interpersonal issues. I work with individuals ages 14 and up, who are either coming to therapy for the first time or would like to continue therapy to work on their personal goals.
