About me
Working through life stressors, both current and past, can feel overwhelming. It is not easy and it takes strength to take the first steps towards getting support and reaching out. My approach to therapy is as a team, coming together as equals to find a plan and strategies that fit for you. As a team, we will be taking this road together. I hope to instill the feeling that you are not alone through this journey. It is my goal to help you build the tools you need to reach your therapy goals and navigate stressful experiences when they occur. My main experience is working with clients with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, and grief.
I believe that everyone is their own unique person and the approach to therapy for you has to be just as unique. My approach to therapy is to pull strategies from different styles to customize a plan that works for you so you can achieve your goals and to build a strong connection between therapist and client. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
It can be hard to take that first step. To ease apprehension for clients I offer a free consultation to make sure that we would be a good fit for each other. Therapy can be a vulnerable place and I want you to feel as comfortable as possible as we explore your struggles. Feel free to reach out and know there is no commitment of us working together.
