About me
I am an experienced therapist and art therapist who provides services to children and adults to help cope with anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.
Starting therapy can be a scary process. Knowing this, I strive to create a safe and healing environment. I believe we all have the ability to move through/grow through difficult life experiences if provided the right tools. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, a traumatic event, or life transition, I will help guide you through your journey of self-awareness and positive change.
When working with me clients will be met with warmth, empathy, humor, and a dose of reality when needed. Clients will be encouraged to explore their creativity and the power of art therapy. Therapy is not a one size fits all, however, my therapeutic approaches consist of Person-Centered Counseling, Art Therapy, CBT, and DBT. I also provide EMDR Therapy
I encourage you to take the first steps in your healing journey and reach out. I am more than happy to answer any of your questions and ease any of your fears about the process.
