I work with young adults and adults work through anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

There can be many reasons why you’ve decided to take a step towards therapy. Maybe you feel like you’re always anxious about trying to be perfect and it’s becoming exhausting. Maybe you’re going through major changes in your life and relationships and it’s becoming overwhelming. Or maybe you just want to explore your identity in a safe space and work towards becoming more self-aware. Going to therapy and talking about the difficult parts of your life isn’t always easy, but if you’re ready to be introspective, curious, and take an active role in the therapeutic process, therapy can be a transformative process.

I believe that the therapeutic process is an on-going journey of self-reflection and a pathway to increasing one’s self-awareness. My role is to be present with you as you embark on this journey and help you navigate the challenges that occur in its natural course. I create an empathetic and non-judgmental environment, one where you can feel validated in your experiences and emotions.

I enjoy working with young adults and adults from all backgrounds and am committed to culturally-informed practice that honors the different ways that people experience and think of their identity. I particularly enjoy working with college students, graduate students, and young professionals experiencing anxiety and going through challenges with life transitions and relationships. By incorporating various evidence-based therapeutic modalities in sessions, I practice from an integrative perspective to alter my approach in therapy to fit your individual needs.

Whenever you’re ready to take a step towards therapy, I would be happy to speak with you and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process over an initial consultation.
