About me
I'm an experienced therapist dedicated to helping teens and adults find meaningful, lasting healing and well-being. I want to help people live with a deep sense of connection, belonging and worthiness, freed from suffering and pain that can hold us back.
I feel called to help others reach their potential. I've been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and worked in that approach for years - helping people who struggle with intense pain to the point of feeling suicidal or self-harming. In more recent years, I've been studying both Interpersonal Neurobiology and Polyvagal Theory. Both of these approaches use the science of our brains and nervous systems to help us move towards increasing kindness, compassion, and well-being both towards our selves and others. We are wired for kindness and connection. My intention is to help people come more home to themselves, realize their own internal resources for facing challenges, and enlivening what matters most.
