I am a licensed social worker providing therapy for adults over the age of 18 with focus on trauma and dissociation, anxiety, mood disorders, and more.

As a trauma therapist, I believe that personal growth and transformation is vital to the human experience, and that sometimes we need support through this process. Therapy is embarking on a journey, and you are the hero of your story. In meeting with you where you are at in your journey, I will help you to develop your own set of skills to help you through your daily experiences. I also encourage approaching challenges with vulnerability and self-compassion and will assist in practicing these areas in our sessions. Even though painful experiences are inevitable, I believe that suffering does not have to hold us back from living.
I work with adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship stressors, grief and loss, among other challenges in a geek and LGBTQ+ friendly environment. As every need is different, I use an eclectic approach such as trauma-focused interventions, solution-focused treatment, DBT, CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness.
As a geek who loves gaming, Dungeons and Dragons, and various other geek culture activities, I enjoy connecting the stories we witness and create to your therapeutic experience.
