I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years as a psychotherapist serving adolescents, young adults, adults, parents and families. I provide support to those dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, parenting challenges, co-parenting, blended families, divorce, adoption and life transitions. I am also a clinical supervisor providing clinical supervision services to interns on their path towards licensure.

Seeking support can be daunting, but it is also the first step to finding your path through self-inquiry, growth and integration. I would like to accompany you in this unfolding process of discovery. My clinical work began in 2002 when I became a Clinical Psychologist in my country of origin. During the past 19 years, I have been serving diverse populations from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds, age groups, race, socio-economic status, and distinct spiritual paths. I also offer support and guidance for adoptive families, foster families and legal guardians going through adjustments with caregiving and parenting.
My work is based on an empathetic Person-Centered approach, being a co-explorer in each client's journey. Everyone has an intuitive sense of the direction they need to pursue. I see myself assisting others in achieving this not yet born potential. My work aims at collaboration, attunement, and mutuality in the growth process.
I support those struggling with trauma, acculturation, depression, anxiety, school/bullying issues, divorce, parenting challenges, miscarriage or infant loss, bereaved clients, life-threatening diagnosis and terminal illness.
