I am an experienced Board certified Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Sexologist and a Licensed Behavioral Practitioner . Areas of treatment can include but not limited to; depression, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, anger, adjustment, relations (marital/self/family), self esteem/self worth and sexual identity. During your information gathering/plan of care process, areas relative to and mindful of age, race, geographic, financial, cultural tradition, spiritual, sexual orientation and other factors that can be meaningful to the development of positive coping are considered.
I have been in practice for over 2 decades continuing to demonstrate a non-judgmental, confidential, mindful approach to treatment with a variety of modalities to address your needs. Each person and family is as unique as the issues given. Individualized care can include family, marital, parent/child, etc., per patient request. Sand-tray, EMDR, REBT, Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered, Narrative and Dialectics are some of the modalities to utilize. Through out our journey, let's take the opportunity to meet you where you are, assisting you on building a strong foundation that can lend to many positive coping skills when addressing your life situations. You can reach me through email, phone or text. Your contact is important, so please text if you have not received a return reply to you reaching out with-in 24 hours.
