Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
I am a therapist licensed in the State of New York. I provide therapy to adult individuals and couples experiencing a wide range of interpersonal and mental health challenges.
I have had a lifelong passion for sexual health and believe it can be an integral part of our well-being. I hope to help people surmount any obstacles to engaging in the sex they want to have, whether that be due to anxiety or depression, body image or self-esteem issues, challenges with relationships or desire, questions of identity, or sexual difficulties after trauma or STI diagnosis. My goal is to help clients overcome the taboo of talking about sex and sexuality, to free themselves from the sexual shame and stigma that is inherent in our society, and to aid people in finding pleasure in themselves, their bodies, and each other.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from Brown University and my Master’s Degree from Columbia School of Social Work, where I was a participant in the Office of Mental Health and Dean’s Consortium of Evidence-Based Practices. I have received additional certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Assertive Community Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, and Complicated Grief Therapy, as well as in the Center for Practice Innovations' OCD, Eating Disorders, and LGBTQ+ curricula. I am a sex work(er) positive, LGBTQIA+, kinky, and poly affirming therapist who uses an eclectic treatment approach tailored to your unique lived experience.
Using a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens, I aim to work collaboratively with my clients towards healing. I hope to foster a sense of safety, respect, and openness in the therapeutic space. It is through this work and deep human connection that you can build your most authentic and fulfilling life possible. Free 15-minute phone consultation available upon request.
