About me
Guiding you through the exciting and uncomfortable times of therapy, it is my duty as a counselor to ensure you feel accepted and never judged while you navigate through your journey. I use a collaborative approach to ensure you do not feel you are in the journey alone and have the support you need.
Specializing in ADHD, anxiety and depression. There are times when maybe you feel like it is difficult to fit in with others, which can make us feel down, or feel anxious to show others who you really are. Working with a counselor is beneficial because they have your best interest in mind and meet you where you are to assist in your progress towards a more authentic you.
Our sessions will be navigated with empathy and understanding as I have a personal understanding of what it is like to be on the therapy couch and experience progress and growth. Please, take the opportunity to make your first appointment and see if we are a good fit for one another.
