Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am an eclectic therapist that is strength-focused. I pull from various theories, such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, to better treat my clients. I work with adolescents, young adults, minority populations, and LBGTQ+ in the areas of self-esteem, identity formation, and trauma.
Asking for help is not easy, but it is a step in the right direction. To admit you need help is strength in itself. As a team, I hope we can create progress that will aid your healing journey. Whether it's childhood trauma, relationship issues, or daily life stressors, I am here to process whatever is needed for your stage of life. I hope to offer a safe and non-judgmental space for those looking to learn about themselves.
