About me
I provide trauma-informed counseling for adults in English and in Spanish.
I am a therapist with Alive Holistic Counseling. I am grounded in critical theory and ecological systems frameworks. Some of the modalities I use are Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Narrative therapy, and EMDR.
I have experience and training to counsel patients regarding relationships, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma recovery (including intergenerational and racial trauma), immigration related grief, and experience healing internalized oppression.
I approach my clients from a place of humility and curiosity and believe that we all have the capacity to heal, grow, and become the person we were meant to be.
For BIPoC individuals and immigrants: As a BIPoC, immigrant therapist, it is my honor and duty to provide a safe space for BIPoC folx and immigrants and seek to help each person see their own power and heal their wounds.
