About me
I am sensitive and compassionate person interested in the art of embodying love in relationship.
I work with people who are learning to courageously embody their power, sensitivity, emotional awareness, intimacy, intuition, wisdom, compassion, and love in relationship. Our therapeutic relationship can be a safe container to explore and develop this together.
I bring awareness to the way our bodies are communicating and other unconscious forces in our lives. I draw from somatic psychology, yoga psychology, buddhist psychology, jungian psychology, and interpersonal, intersubjective, and relational psychoanalysis. In some cases, I also integrate bodywork, yoga therapy, and psychedelic therapy.
