I provide a safe space for people to be understood and validated in order for them to do the healing work.
Lately you have been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or sad. You have tried hard to manage it on your own, but as hard as you try, you still don't feel how you want. You just want to be able to live your life instead of having this issue get in the way. You just need someone to listen to you without judging you. You want a safe space to talk and be heard so that you can figure out how to deal with the things that have been bothering you.
I work with adults. I listen, support and help you to work on what is getting in the way of you living the life you want to lead. I work with a variety of people who struggle with mood, self esteem, trauma and anxiety. Come as you are and we start the work there. It’s never a bad thing to talk to someone about it.
