The world is a mess. Sometimes it seems like everything is completely falling apart and none of us know how to handle it. We aren't all the same, so why should we be expected to heal the same way? I work how to meet you where you are at, and support you in whatever way you find most beneficial.
Alee has completed numerous certifications and trainings to be able to support all of her clients in whatever way is most beneficial to them. These include: Geek Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Parental Alienation. She is also trained in harm reduction techniques, Seeking Safety, The Good Lives Model and is a certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider. She is also a registered service provider for the State of Nebraska. She is also an overnight Crisis Response Counselor.
When she's not in session with you, Alee spends her time hanging out with her family, supervising provisional therapists, reading, watching movies, playing with Tarot cards, collecting shiny rocks, and rocking out to metal.
