I am an experienced psychotherapist who is passionate about supporting adults, couples and adolescents in harnessing their inner wisdom and strength to better serve them as they navigate a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma and addiction.

These are especially challenging times we are living through and many can feel overwhelmed, stuck or have a sense that something is missing in their lives. You may be struggling to manage the stress, anxiety and worry that life causes so many of us. You may feel disconnected and resorting to unhealthy ways of coping such as addictive behaviors or substances. You may be experiencing conflict and confusion in your relationships. Now is the time to address that sense of lack, uncertainty and anxious feeling. I am here to support you in this journey towards becoming that version of yourself that you know is within you.

I have experience treating a diverse variety of emotional and psychological challenges with adults, couples and adolescents. My approach is relational in nature, mindfulness-based and trauma-informed. In working with me, clients develop the tools to regulate their emotions, manage stress, build trust & intimacy in relationships and increase confidence.

Suffering is part of being human and there is no reason to go through it alone. We all have an innate wisdom and drive towards healing and growth that supports our capacity to heal ourselves. You have the tools and just need support and guidance. If you are committed to making a positive change in your life, please reach out to me.
