About me
I provide online therapy for women who struggle with relationship issues, those who are fatherless, and those who are adult children of alcoholics.
I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and I provide online therapy for women in California. The focus of my practice is working with women who struggle in their relationships, have low self-esteem, have difficulties establishing boundaries or practicing self-care, and tend to prioritize others over themselves. Several of my clients have been abandoned by their fathers or identify as adult children of alcoholics. I help my clients understand themselves and how they operate in their relationships, teach them coping skills, and help them process through any past trauma. I use a nonjudgmental, motivational approach, set goals for each session, and sometimes assign "homework." I am currently working on becoming certified in Trauma and Addiction.
