I am an experienced dual license marriage and family therapist and mental health counselor who is dedicated to adult, couples and individual counseling to help you manage different mental health disorders and life issues.

I am dual-licensed in Mental Health & Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy in the State of Florida. My business name is ahdezctherapist, LLC. I have 19 years of experience providing counseling to patients and families in individual and group sessions. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, substance use disorder, and comorbid disorders.

My counseling style is caring, interactive and pro-active. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. My therapeutic approach is eclectic; it combines different modalities and philosophies to fit the need of the person receiving counseling. I believe in mutual collaboration between the patient and the therapist when developing and setting treatment goals.

My weekly schedule is from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursdays. Fridays vary but most sessions are from 7:30 am through 3 pm. I have some Saturdays sessions available from 8-11 am. I am off two Saturdays a month. I may take some holidays off.

I am credential and accept the following insurances: Aetna, Florida Blue, Cigna, Humana, and United Health as well as self-pay.
