About me
Reaching out to a therapist may feel disheartening, especially where you find it difficult to face life challenges and uncertainty. There are many people out there whether adolescents or adults, who feel as if they aren’t taken seriously or misunderstood. It is easy to feel like giving up on finding a clinician that is right for them. It is important to find a therapist who has empathy and listens. I offer an eclectic approach and out of the box thinking to help you navigate the process of improving your overall mental and emotional wellness (“new normal”).
As a therapist I have learned that each client is unique. I approach each client and session with open-mindedness and with no judgment. Through a mutual process, we will begin to uncover the hope, insights, strengths and skills needed to address the challenges you are facing.
My life’s work is focused on supporting others to find their value, gaining emotional regulation and processing traumas and life stressors. I specialize in EMDR, Complex Trauma, Anxiety, Depress and Mood Instability. I’ve had vast experiences working with numerous populations such as first responders and law enforcement.
