Thriving Beautifully Counseling & Supervision is dedicated to creating a brave space for young professional women seeking to restore, renew, and be empowered to live an authentic life filled with self love, self compassion, and self trust.

What Thriving Beautifully Does:

Restore:
Shame and fear keep us silent, and rob us of our potential and joy. Together we will create a brave space for healing to take place. Working through past hurts will allow you to find peace, calm, and a safe life!

Renew:
I will provide you with concrete, tangible tools, strategies, and skills you can use on a daily basis to practice ways of building sustainable self-care, self-trust, self love, and self-compassion.

Empower:
Learn to narrate your story in a way that honors your inner child, gives you permission to grow, and thrive beautifully.

My ideal client:

As a busy young professional, you find yourself constantly worrying about decisions or life choices you've made, wondering whether you can trust yourself. You beat yourself up; speaking kindly to yourself doesn't come easy. You are stuck repeating the same old patterns, thoughts, and behaviors without producing any positive results. You say yes to everything because you have been told that being selfish is wrong. You find yourself feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, resentful, numb, and uninspired. Your hopes and aspirations have been halted leaving you feeling stuck and burnt out.

One of the bravest steps you can take is to create opportunities to restore, renew, and be empowered to thrive beautifully. One of those steps is to devote time to focus on your healing and cultivating a healthier relationship with the person that matters the most: YOU! It is possible to change the course of your life and experience the freedom to thrive.

Together we will collaboratively work toward improving your relationship with you. I will teach concrete, tangible, evidence-based strategies to empower you to break the cycle of old patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that no longer serve you. We will practice mindfulness techniques which will help you regulate your nervous system, learn to enjoy being in the present moment, and speak kindly to yourself. We will work on narrating your story in a way that is empowering, compassionate, and authentic.

* For those who prefer in person, I offer walk and talk therapy. If you are a right fit for this service, we will start with 2-4 virtual sessions to focus on rapport building and collaboratively discuss your goals. The location of this service will be agreed upon prior to start.

About Adry Sanders:

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor- Supervisor in the state of Texas, #72540. I completed my internship hours supporting adults, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges in various mental health settings: nonprofit, behavioral health hospitals, and private practice. Through my work experience, I have discovered I work well with young professional women seeking to heal from past hurts and pursue personal growth to thrive beautifully. I help young adult women struggling with anxiety, life transitions, grief, and self love via self compassion and solution focused techniques. My clients have noticed significant improvements when they commit to weekly or biweekly sessions as my approach is focused on solutions to reach personal growth. I offer high-quality care by keeping my caseload small.

I live out and practice the strategies and techniques that I teach my clients so I can maintain my own personal self-growth and self-care and therefore continue to be able to fully show up for my clients and their needs.

I am very familiar with first/second generation immigrant family dynamics through personal experience; I am a proud Mexican-American and I speak fluent English and Spanglish. I believe through language, culture, and connection is where healing and growth are made possible.

When I am not working, you will find me either exploring the outdoors with my two dogs and husband, planning our next travel adventure, or lounging on the couch while binge watching true crime documentaries or stand up comedy specials.
