I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works to empower others by utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
I work with adults and specialize in Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, and Domestic Violence. Self care is one of the most important aspects of mental wellness and we will explore your self care and potential areas of improvement in addition to your other mental wellness goals. I am here to help you during your mental wellness journey. I start where you are and go from there. We will work together to develop specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals aka SMART goals. I provide individual therapy only. I do not provide ESA letters nor disability/Leave of absence documentation. I do not treat trauma disorders.
