I am an experienced child and teen therapist who strives to assist your child or teen live their best life now.

I work with children and teens from all walks of life who are experiencing a variety of mental health and/or behavioral health issues. It is my goal to help others reach their unique individual potential, and treat them as a person, not as a label or diagnosis. I have been working in the mental health field for over 9 years, with the last 6 years being in direct therapeutic services equipping clients to unpack and/or better carry their personal baggage. I want to help others overcome the barriers in their lives, whatever those barriers may be, and motivate them to feel validated and successful in all aspects of their life.

I have experience in assisting clients with a variety of issues, and utilize a relational approach that offers no judgment and full acceptance. I feel it is important to empower the clients I work with with the ability to challenge their negative thinking and views of themselves and their environment in a way where they feel they can cope, live, and thrive.
