Have you tried talk therapy before and found that you struggled to put your thoughts and feelings into words? Do you desire to do more than to just talk about your issues, but want to learn practical and sensory based ways of engaging with your emotions? Maybe you have already learned of the creative power art making can have and you want to go deeper, or maybe you're interested in trying something new.
Whether you are an experienced artist or "can't draw a stick figure" it is my passion to work with people of all ages through a combination of art and the creative process and talk therapy techniques. I offer virtual and in-person sessions for kids and teenagers ages 5+ and adults of all ages as well as a Community Art Therapy Group on Saturdays 2-4pm.
It takes strength to ask for help. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey of growth and healing.

I am a creative healer by nature. I love art and have been transformed in my own life by the creative process. Additionally, I understand the difficulties of mental illness and various issues life throws at us. I love being able to walk alongside others on their journey and offer hope and support where they need it most.
