About me
Abe is an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who treats couples, parents and individuals. He treats anxiety, depression, stress, trauma (in 0-5's), and specializes in relationship strain and problems. Abe brings evidence-based methods to treating individuals and couples, and has specialized training in supporting parents of infants and toddlers. Abe is dedicated to helping clients reduce unnecessary suffering and develop greater self awareness and interpersonal/relational skills.
It requires great courage to take the first step towards making real changes in your life. It's exciting but daunting to develop awareness of oneself and begin changing patterns in your mind, emotions, relationships and behaviors. Abe primarily draws from developmental and attachment Research, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). His focus is on providing a therapeutic space where clients are supported to carefully process and resolve internal conflict, develop self-awareness and improve their relationships, performance and life satisfaction.
Abe will be respectful, sensitive and skilful with your needs and he would love to hear from you.
