About me

I am an LPC-Associate offering support for individuals 12 and up, in-person and virtually. With a client-centered focus, I integrate humanistic and cognitive-behavioral approaches, prioritizing one’s personal experiences and the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. However, I use other modalities and approaches when best fit for the individual.

When your external world begins to consume you, your internal world may become lost. You may doubt your abilities, lose self-compassion, question who you are, and form disheartening beliefs. It can become overwhelming. I believe humans have the power within to take control of their stories and make positive changes, helping to reach their full potential and solve present and future problems. With guidance, you will become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and recognize just how powerful you are. With a non-judgmental and collaborative therapist-client relationship, one can unlearn unhelpful patterns, gain a deeper understanding of one’s emotions, and become more mindful in actions.

I will challenge and support you through Life’s demands, helping you to feel more empowered, become more accepting and aware of who you are as a whole person, and gain skills to feel more confident in yourself and your abilities. I will provide a space where you can safely be authentically you; a space to feel seen and heard. Above all, you will have the empathy and support of a therapist who sees the potential in you that you may not already see in yourself.

Ideal for those struggling with energy-depleting emotions, are on a personal growth journey, aiming to break unhealthy patterns, or wanting to improve relationships with the Self and others, I would be honored to support you. I am also an ideal counselor for those within the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) population, as I have had over a decade of experience implementing a variety of evidence-based interventions, including applied behavior analysis (ABA). I can blend ABA with talk therapy and assist with executive functions, communication skills, decision-making skills, social skills, and more.
