I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with individuals and couples helping with anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, communication difficulties in relationships and creative block.

I deeply invest in and value the connections I establish with every one of the folks I work with in therapy. I engage emotionally, and with respect for all of the many parts of you, such as the hurt scared parts that fear change and potential disappointment. I am playful and interactive as a companion on our journey together. A sense of humor can be a helpful component at moments in our daily human struggles! I am present in the moment and, with your help, try my best to immerse myself in what it is like to ‘walk a mile in your shoes’. As an empathic and attentive presence I can help you move through your ‘stuckness’. As we develop a trusting healing connection you can then take that experience into your relationships with family and friends and partners. A greater emotional understanding of your patterns of reacting, thinking and behaving will greatly improve your self esteem and the happiness you can experience in your life!

I work with individual and couples and have my therapy practice for over 25 years. I work with folks from ages 18-75. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with advanced training in contemporary psychoanalysis and psychotherapy. I incorporate aspects of cognitive and somatic practices as well.
