I am an experienced LMHCA, determined to join alongside you on your journey towards healing and empowerment.

With each day it seems that new, seemingly impossible hurdles appear before us, often isolating & discouraging us. Whether I become your therapist or not, I want you to know that you are not alone, broken, or insufficient. What I like to offer is the chance to build a genuine & authentic connection with you - the real you, not the "you" who the world or others try to tell you to be. I want to honor your unique experiences by hearing what you are thinking, feeling, & surviving. Together we can then explore how you are being impacted by these things & what you desire to change about them in order to live a fulfilling, meaningful life.

My counseling services initially focus on our therapeutic relationship & offering a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard & seen. As we journey together toward healing, we will collaborate to explore the unique & personal challenges that you are experiencing. Together we can find empowering & liberating meaning in all of life's seasons.

I recognize that every single person is different & has different needs & ways of fulfilling those needs.
